'Southern Comfort' is an Architect's imagination that is reflected in this unique Spanish style design. It's an exhibition of art, balance and style merged into an inclined landscape, making its environs quite an eye-catching spectacle. 

This unusual property is in a class of its own and welcomes those who appreciate commanding 180-degree views, nature, culture and an unconventional lifestyle. 

The property is privatized somewhat by the winding driveway that leads you to the courtyard and a one-bedroom apartment. This self-contained apartment has a patio that captures south and west coast views, has built-in closets and also a built-in bedframe. There is a full bathroom and a kitchen that opens to a private patio. 

The laundry and large workshop/storage area is positioned to the north.  

Entry to the main house and its immediate environs is through large doors that can be secured. All the bedrooms share the views from private patios, and all have built-in closets and very distinctive bathroom designs. 

Each area of the house is accessed via a walkway. The kitchen opens onto the dining and a formal living area that is secured by glass panes.
